This page covers this website. It is short because the site collects very little. How we handle a client’s own data once an engagement starts is a separate matter, governed by the agreement and the NDA we sign before we are given access to anything.

Who holds it

The data controller is Raphael Berrebi, an Israeli licensed dealer (esek murshe), trading as Trestora. Ask us anything about your data at hello@trestora.com, and we answer within a few working days.

What the site collects

Two things, and only two.

• What you type into a form. The call forms ask for a name and an email address. The footer subscribe box asks for an email address. Nothing else, and no field is hidden.
• Anonymous page analytics. Vercel Analytics records that a page was viewed and roughly where from. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile, and cannot identify you.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party advertising pixel on any page.

What we do with it

We email you back. A call request gets a reply proposing times; a subscribe gets an occasional note about running a back office. That is the whole purpose, and we do not use your address for anything else.

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the above work, each acting on our instructions:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the anonymous analytics.
• Resend delivers the emails to and from you.
• Google, where a submission is also written to a private spreadsheet we use to keep track of who has asked for what.

How long we keep it

Until it stops being useful, or until you ask us to delete it. If a conversation does not go anywhere we clear the record within twelve months.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@trestora.com and we will do it and confirm, normally within a few days. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to be a client. To stop the occasional notes, reply to any one of them with the word unsubscribe, or use the link in it.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions; the current one is the one that applies.
